Terms of service.

Upstyler is operated by MLAI Solutions (“Upstyler,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Upstyler. The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We may refuse or disable the verdict flow where a user is identified as a minor.

Upstyler is an AI styling assistant. It evaluates the clothing in the photos you submit, suggests outfits from your own closet, and provides related styling features. Verdicts and recommendations are opinions generated by AI for your consideration — they are not professional advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Upstyler comments on clothing choices, never on your body, face, or appearance.

Upstyler offers a free tier and paid subscriptions:

• Free — limited to 50 closet items and 3 verdicts per day, with basic daily outfits.
• Plus — $9.99/month or $69.99/year: unlimited closet, unlimited verdicts, advanced daily-outfit logic, and wardrobe insights.

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) and renew automatically until cancelled. The payment method depends on where you subscribe: on the web, payments are processed by Stripe; in our iOS app, payments are processed through your Apple App Store account. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

App Store subscriptions (iOS). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can view, manage, or cancel the subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or in the App Store app). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. For web subscriptions, cancel from your account settings. For App Store (iOS) subscriptions, manage or cancel in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For subscriptions purchased directly from us (web), we offer a 7-day refund window on a new paid subscription if you are not satisfied — contact us within 7 days of the charge. App Store purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds for those are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). Except as stated here and where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their permission, or of anyone under 18;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent limits of the service;
• Misuse the AI features or attempt to make the product evaluate a person rather than clothing;
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to generate a verdict or build a lineup), as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

The Upstyler service, software, branding, and content (excluding your uploads) are owned by MLAI Solutions and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; no other rights are granted.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Styling outputs are subjective opinions and may not suit every context. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling on deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Upstyler’s operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Upstyler agree to resolve disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
